Project Description: AL-BUSTAN is composed of three residential buildings (block 1,2,3)
Block 1 includes a basement where parking for the residential apartments is accommodated in addition to a multipurpose room for each apartment,7 stores on the ground floor and four typical floors. Each floor is divided into 2 apartments (273 and 260 m²)..

Block 2 takes account of a basement where parking accommodation is provided, an open space in the ground floor and 5 typical floors divided into two apartments 200 m² each.

Block 3 consists of  a basement where parking is adjusted, an open space in the ground floor and typical floors divided into two apartments 180 m² each.

AL-BUSTAN is located in a green park on the main street of Saida.It is designed in a way where each square foot spells luxury and elegance.
